We wanted to create a range of wine that showcases the best wine regions in the country, but also captures the pioneering spirit of New Zealand wine — the search for something new and interesting.So, we decided that our wine range should evolve with the seasons, allowing you to discover something different each time you visit.
 
About the wine: 
This harmonious blend reflects the essence of New Zealand's cool climate, fruit expressive wine styles - myriads of crisp citrus and stone-fruits, subtle spices and salty, lime zest. 
 
Mandarin, peach and white florals dance around the nose with hints of wild fennel. On the palate, the intiial experience is rich and full, packed with stone fruits, limes and green apple with traces of marzipan and cardamom. The finsh is enlivened by crunch, fresh acidity which adds length to the palate and persistence on the tongue, balanced by a little residual sweetness and a salty twist.
 
Exactly what a New Zealand White Blend should be - intriguing, zest and laden with energy and fresh fruits. Pure wine-making mischief.
