Please check this web page regularly for updates on The Hunting Lodge Covid-19 response.
In support of the Government’s announcement that New Zealand is now at Level 4 of the Covid-19 response plan, our hospitality offerings will be closed until we are permitted to re-open.
Following further governmental advice, we will contiunue to operate wine sales through our online shop with contactless delivery during the lockdown phase. The safety of staff, customers and the wider community is at the forefront of our operations and we will be actively managing any risks while we prepare and deliver your orders.
We have implemented the recommended plans for the ongoing safety of our team and we are changing gears so that we can continue to also look after our trade customers, while reducing the risk of social contact during these trying times.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. We look forward to welcoming you back to our place (hopefully sooner rather than later). Until then, stay in touch with your key account manager or with us on social.
We wish you, and your families, the best of health.

Safety methods implemented for the contactless delivery of online wine sale purchases:
Only one chosen staff member will work on the daily process of preparing online wine orders, meaning there will be no contact with any other staff or members of public.
Strict hygiene measures will see regular sanitising of surfaces where orders are prepared.
Delivery is 100% contactless. The key delivery contact responsible will follow delivery instructions provided on the order, and the customer will be contacted once the package has been left. The key delivery contact will remain at least 2m distance away from customers at all times and will wear lightweight gloves that will be changed and disposed of after each delivery.
