Entrant Eligibility:

1. Entrants must be 18+ years old to enter giveaway. The Hunting Lodge may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition in order to verify this.

2. Entrants must live in New Zealand to enter giveaway.

3. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize, giveaway prize is not exchangeable, giftable or refundable.

Winner Selection:

1. Winners will be selected at random. The Hunting Lodge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Privacy:

1. If you are a prize winner, you agree that The Hunting Lodge may use your name, town or county of residence to announce the winners of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

2. Entry implies acceptance of these rules.

Liability:

1. The Hunting Lodge accepts no responsibility for prize winners unable to take up their prize in whole or in part and there are no alternatives in cash or kind.

2. The Hunting Lodge is not responsible for any extra costs incurred with accepting the giveaway prize.

3. The Hunting Lodge cannot accept responsibility for late entries.

4. The Hunting Lodge reserves the right to vary, alter or terminate this promotion due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

5. Neither The Hunting Lodge nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for any incorrect or inaccurate entry, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.  

6. The Hunting Lodge accepts no responsibility for, and no compensation will be given for, any cancellations or changes for any part of this prize.

7. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Hunting Lodge cannot accept responsibility for loss, injury or damage arising from winners taking a prize, which they do at their own risk.
