A vivacious blend of New Zealand Rosé and Sauvignon Blanc with tiny bubbles of joie de vivre. Aromas of strawberry, redcurrant and honeydew harmonise with a refreshing seam of zesty citrus and lower alcohol.
 
Merlot and Syrah grapes have been given a Rose reinvention providing fragrant red berry, juicy peach and nashi pear flavours. Sauvignon Blanc adds an intensity of flavour, a sprig of garden herbs and a zesty spirit. Fermentation was stopped early, retaining natural grape sweetness to balance the fizz and resulting in a lighter style, lower ABV of 8.5% and refreshing fruity taste.
 
Fun, lively and delightfully balanced, because not everything in life is. Best enjoyed young, fresh and chilled.
